We are <\/span>regularly<\/span> looking<\/span> for doctoral <\/span>students<\/span> or post-docs <\/span>with<\/span> a focus on business <\/span>law<\/span> for a flexible part-time position <\/span>with<\/span> a <\/span>workload<\/span> of <\/span>around<\/span> 20<\/span>\u201340% or <\/span>without<\/span> a <\/span>fixed<\/span> workload<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This position <\/span>is<\/span> aimed<\/span> at <\/span>highly<\/span> qualified<\/span>, <\/span>responsible<\/span> and team-<\/span>oriented<\/span> lawyers<\/span> with<\/span> a <\/span>Master\u2019s<\/span> degree<\/span> who<\/span>, in parallel to <\/span>their<\/span> doctorate<\/span> or post-<\/span>doctorate<\/span> studies<\/span>, <\/span>would<\/span> like to gain professional <\/span>experience<\/span> in a <\/span>specialised<\/span> boutique <\/span>law<\/span> firm <\/span>with<\/span> a focus on business <\/span>law<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>aim<\/span> is<\/span> to <\/span>build<\/span> up a pool of <\/span>highly<\/span> qualified<\/span> lawyers<\/span> who<\/span> can support us in times of heavy <\/span>workload<\/span> in handling large and attractive mandates in <\/span>our<\/span> fields<\/span> of expertise. It <\/span>is<\/span> also possible to <\/span>work<\/span> as a <\/span>freelancer<\/span> without<\/span> any<\/span> mutual <\/span>workload<\/span> obligation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who we are looking for<\/span><\/h4>\n

You have very good legal qualifications, a high level of motivation, creativity, commitment and the ability to work in a team as well as a high sense of responsibility. You are able to write scientific texts and communicate fluently in German and English. Your personal interest in business law motivates you to specialise in one of our fields of expertise.<\/span><\/p>\n

Having <\/span>passed<\/span> the<\/span> bar exam <\/span>and <\/span>being<\/span> admitted<\/span> to the bar <\/span>is<\/span> an <\/span>advantage<\/span>, but not a <\/span>prerequisite<\/span> for <\/span>this<\/span> position.<\/span><\/p>\n
