Meier are new partners of Binder Legal in Zurich with effect from 1 July 2024. With this step, we are strengthening our presence in Zurich and reinforcing and expanding our range of services in the areas of M&amp;A, IT, tech, artificial intelligence and data, employment law and litigation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.binderlegal.ch\/en\/team\/anna-neukom-chaney\/\">Anna Neukom Chaney<\/a> is a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law with in-depth knowledge of Swiss employment law. She provides counsel and support to her clients throughout the entire employment relationship under both private and public law, from the outset, during and at the termination of an employment contract. Furthermore, she has extensive and long-standing experience in litigation and represents clients in both out-of-court and in-court proceedings.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.binderlegal.ch\/en\/team\/dr-daniel-kuepfer\/\">Dr. Daniel K\u00fcpfer<\/a> advises his clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border M&amp;A transactions. His expertise encompasses mergers, spin-offs, public offers, restructurings, relocations as well as private equity transactions and succession planning. He also acts as trusted advisor for entrepreneurial families and private clients and regularly supports start-ups.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.binderlegal.ch\/en\/team\/marco-s-meier\/\">Marco S. Meier<\/a>, a trained computer scientist and Certified International Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP\/E), specialises in information and communications technology (ICT) law.
