In addition, Nicola R\u00fctsche is active in litigation and helps his clients to enforce their civil law claims both in and out of court.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to his interdisciplinary education in law and economics, Nicola R\u00fctsche combines his legal knowledge with an expertise in economics, which enables him to approach problems in a holistic and multidisciplinary manner. As part of his studies at the University of St.Gallen (B.A. HSG in Law and Economics 2020; M.A. HSG in Law and Economics 2022), he also completed an exchange semester at the J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping International Business School.<\/p>\n<p>Having worked as a court clerk at the District Court of Baden, Nicola R\u00fctsche is very familiar with court procedures and current jurisprudence.<\/p>\n<p>In
