Due to his former function as a judge, Rolf Schuler is an acknowledged specialist in questions of domestic and international litigation and resolving of disputes. He has extensive and longstanding experience in bankruptcy proceedings, also as FINMA-appointed administrator or as liquidator in bankruptcy proceedings.
