As a result of rapid technological development and digitalisation, data, whether personal or not, is constantly being processed. As a result, data is becoming an increasingly important economic asset. Consequently, data has become the focus of increasing legislative attention, and existing regulations are being expanded. We support our clients in the practical implementation of these regulations. These include the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), sector-specific regulations (e.g. from financial market law or the healthcare sector) as well as rules on the use of AI or related regulations.
