We are looking for legal interns

We are regularly looking for legal interns with particular interests in the areas of corporate law, corporate governance, public corporate governance and contract law for a one-year internship after completion of the law degree.

Who we are looking for

As a law student at the end of your Master’s studies, you are seeking to complete your one-year legal internship at a renowned boutique law firm with a focus on business law. You have very good legal qualifications, a high level of motivation, creativity, commitment and the ability to work in a team as well as a high sense of responsibility and a distinct orientation towards high quality. You are able to write scientific texts and communicate fluently in German and English. Your personal interest in the areas of corporate law, corporate governance, public corporate governance and contract law motivates you to work in these areas.

What we offer

During your entire legal internship, we offer you a varied and challenging job with a very attractive and diverse client structure and with direct client contact, in which you will get to learn and apply the tools and methods of lawyering. At Binder Rechtsanwälte, you will find a motivating environment with a well-coordinated team, flat hierarchies and lean processes, an open, trust-based and collegial working atmosphere in which teamwork plays a central role, as well as proactive and constructive support for your personal, academic and professional development (with support in preparing for your bar exam as well). Our offices are centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation; we also offer generous options to work from home. Our remuneration is market-based and includes additional performance-related variable remuneration elements.

Legal interns who excel at their position during their internship year will be offered a position as a specialised lawyer at Binder Rechtsanwälte after successfully passing the bar exam.
