Rolf Schuler

Rolf Schuler has been a Partner with Binder Rechtsanwälte since 2025 and has been working as a business lawyer for more than 20 years. Due to his former function as a judge, Rolf Schuler is an acknowledged specialist in questions of domestic and international litigation and resolving of disputes. He has extensive and longstanding experience in bankruptcy proceedings, also as FINMA-appointed administrator or as liquidator in bankruptcy proceedings. He further advises and represents his clients in white collar crime proceedings as well as in inheritance and employment matters.
His broad experience and knowledge in the aforementioned and related areas of expertise enables Rolf Schuler to identify and comprehensively meet the needs of his clients.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Rolf Schuler serves as a member of the Bar Examination Board of the Canton of Zurich.
