In litigation, in particular in the area of corporate and contract law, including the enforcement or defence of liability claims against members of the board of directors, members of the executive management or de-facto directors, we support our clients as their legal representatives throughout the entire process.

As soon as legal disputes crystallise, we determine, together with our clients, a suitable strategy for action, considering not only legal and economic factors but also psychological and managerial aspects.

If no amicable solution is attainable, or if procedural steps must be taken without delay, we will represent our clients before both state courts and arbitration tribunals.
