Nicola Rütsche

M.A. HSG in Law and Economics, Attorney-at-law

Nicola Rütsche advises and represents his clients in commercial law issues and disputes, predominantly in the areas of company law, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions as well as contract law. In addition, Nicola Rütsche is active in litigation and helps his clients to enforce their civil law claims both in and out of court.

Thanks to his interdisciplinary education in law and economics, Nicola Rütsche combines his legal knowledge with an expertise in economics, which enables him to approach problems in a holistic and multidisciplinary manner. As part of his studies at the University of St.Gallen (B.A. HSG in Law and Economics 2020; M.A. HSG in Law and Economics 2022), he also completed an exchange semester at the Jönköping International Business School.

Having worked as a court clerk at the District Court of Baden, Nicola Rütsche is very familiar with court procedures and current jurisprudence.

In his free time, Nicola Rütsche likes to spend time in nature – either jogging in the forest or hiking in the mountains.
