Nicola Rütsche

B.A. HSG in Law and Economics, Legal intern

Nicola Rütsche supports our lawyers in advising companies, entrepreneurs, board members, shareholders and investors in the areas of corporate governance, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and contract law.

Thanks to his interdisciplinary education in both law and economics, Nicola Rütsche combines his legal knowledge with an expertise in economics, which enables him to approach problems in a holistic and multidisciplinary manner. Before completing his Bachelor of Arts in Law and Economics at the University of St.Gallen, he completed an exchange semester at the Jönköping International Business School in 2019. In addition to his work for Binder Rechtsanwälte, Nicola Rütsche is currently working on his Master’s thesis on the corporate governance of start-ups.

In his free time, Nicola Rütsche prefers to spend time in nature – either jogging along the Aare, on the ZURICH vitaparcous in the forest or hiking in the mountains – or watching a Formula 1 race.
