Daniel Küpfer has been a Partner at Binder Rechtsanwälte since 2024. He advises companies on a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Daniel Küpfer focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He has also extensive expertise in mergers, spin-offs, public offers, intra-group restructurings, relocations as well as private equity transactions and succession planning.
Furthermore, he acts as trusted advisor for entrepreneurial families and private clients and regularly supports start-ups.
Daniel Küpfer studied at the University of Basel (lic. iur., 2006) and at the Fordham University School of Law in New York (LL.M. in Banking, Corporate & Finance Law, 2015) and completed his doctorate at the University of Basel (Dr. iur., 2010).
